Drawing, painting, and sculpting have been a passion since childhood. I love to create ! After high school I began college studies majoring in Biology, having grown up on a small farm in rural Maine, loving nature and influenced by parents in the medical field. However, I soon changed majors to embrace my passion for creative expression, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts / Studio Art in 1985.

It has been an exciting journey discovering new mediums to work out creative ideas. On a two-dimensional surface, I find expression in Oil, Acrylic & watercolor media. With skills I have developed in metalsmithing, I am able to create three-dimensional art – minimal, modern and organic designs in Sterling Silver, Gold, Brass and Copper. The possibilities are endless through cutting, hammering, texturing, sculpting and patinas.

As an artist and artisan, creating new paintings and jewelry designs is such a joy ! I am so grateful to God for the gifts and talents to create beautiful things that bless others.
